FREE DESIGN has been busy putting together our recent project, PLACEmats. The project features a series of 20 printed paper placemats designed by artists specifically for restaurants in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The project was organized by FREE DESIGN director and founder, Kristofer Harzinski, curated by Harriet Hacker, Director of Where, and funded by a grant from the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA), the regional arts funding partnership of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
